Infoccasion.com came as a result of our eldest daughter's wedding last year.

We needed to give details of the wedding, the reception, gift list etc. to the invited guests, so I published all the details on the Maynard projects website, in an area protected by a username and password, then sent out the webaddress, username and password with the invitaions. This meant that we were spared guests phoning up and asking for accommodation suggestions, maps, gift list details and so on. It worked really well, and I was able to update it as the event got closer.

It worked so well that I decided to provide a similar service to the public, not necessarily just for weddings, but for any event (occasion) that people might want to supply information about to a selected audience.
